Job Title: Restaurant Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Director to lead our team at A&W / Petro-Canada. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize food costs, labor expenses, and overall profitability.
  • Evaluate and enhance daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor revenue streams to determine labor costs and make data-driven decisions to optimize staffing levels.
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and develop talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage supply chains, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing robust protocols to safeguard employees and customers.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing complaints promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
