About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and balance sheets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Build relationships with clients and vendors to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Point of Sale systems, and spreadsheet software
