Job Title: Research Coordinator

Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to support two major research initiatives in the Institute for Mental Health Policy Research (IMHPR). The successful candidate will have a strong background in qualitative research and excellent project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate qualitative research activities, including in-depth interviews and participatory action research
  • Develop and submit research protocols to CAMH's Research Ethics Board
  • Recruit study participants and organize PAR activities
  • Conduct qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Write up study results for publications and reports
  • Engage in knowledge translation activities
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in health or social sciences or a related discipline
  • Experience with qualitative research design and methods
  • Knowledge of qualitative software tools, such as NVivo
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
