Job Title: Specialist Sales Consultant

Novartis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Sales Consultant to join our Immunology team in the greater Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and brand loyalty for our Immunology portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and academic institutions
  • Leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of rheumatology to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop business plans and implement related activities, such as customer events and sales & marketing campaigns
  • Provide key account/hospital network support, market access support, and referral networks
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in specialty sales
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate a competitive market landscape
