Sales Consultant

Novartis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist Sales Consultant to join our Immunology team in the greater Toronto area.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth, market share, and brand loyalty for our Immunology portfolio
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and academic institutions
- Leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of rheumatology to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop business plans and implement related activities, such as customer events and sales & marketing campaigns
- Provide key account/hospital network support, market access support, and referral networks
- 2-3 years of experience in specialty sales
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate a competitive market landscape
