Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles to customers, meeting sales quotas, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Handle incoming sales traffic, including phone calls, internet inquiries, and in-person visits.
- Qualify all prospects and arrange trade-in appraisals.
- Liaise between prospects and sales management during negotiations.
- Turn over all sales customers to the finance office and arrange deliveries.
- Actively prospect new customers and follow up with past deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and stay up-to-date on product changes and manufacturer sales, lease, and finance programs.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and review performance statistics.
- Familiarize yourself with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws governing retail auto sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License and clear Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
- Strong business acumen and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to sell the minimum quota and meet sales objectives.
