About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless healthcare services to our patients.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, coordination of activities, and administrative support functions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry of downloaded orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments/branches to ensure orders are in production.
- Update client information and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned to assist the business.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal software applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.
