About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless healthcare services to our patients.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry, coordination of activities, and administrative support functions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry of downloaded orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments/branches to ensure orders are in production.
  • Update client information and communicate changes to relevant departments.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned to assist the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal software applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.
