About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
  • Training and Development: Train other workers and develop training and development strategies to improve team performance.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure that all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and compile data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints and provide support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
  • Software: Proficient in Google Docs, Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, Accounting software, and MS Office.
