About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Instant Gold Refining Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to facilitate knowledge sharing and team building.
  • HR Support: Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure that they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
  • Meeting Management: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Language: Work in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Hours: Work 40 hours per week to ensure efficient completion of tasks and projects.
