DIALOG Design is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Development Specialist - Urban Planning to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise in urban planning.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective proposal processes and systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to create compelling narratives and value propositions that demonstrate our unique strengths.
  • Facilitate proposal delivery from research and kick-off to interview and close-out.
  • Work closely with practitioners to develop successful pursuit strategies and deliver winning proposals.
  • Analyze RFP/RFQ documents and develop persuasive content that highlights our capabilities.
  • Write non-technical sections of the proposal, including cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, and team qualifications.
  • Contribute to and maintain CRM systems.
  • Perform closeout activities to ensure lessons learned and debriefing processes are initiated.
  • Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, emphasis on visual and written narrative, and responsiveness.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities efficiently.
  • Confident and poised with strong interpersonal skills, passionate about quality, and able to deliver in a high-performance environment.
  • Passionate about city building and design.
  • University degree and 3-6 years of related experience.
  • Experience working in the AEC industry.
  • Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
