Job Title: Clinical Nursing SupervisorEstimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team in the Peel region. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating clinical, educational, and professional development of our visiting and clinic nurses. This role involves on-call rotation and requires a strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Provides clinical nurse leadership and direction by ensuring patient care is delivered according to professional nursing standards and policies.
- Conducts supervisory visits with nursing staff to observe care and service, provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Responsible for performance management of nursing staff, including performance appraisals and progressive discipline.
- Completes case reviews to support appropriate frequency of care and nursing capacity.
- Engages patients and nursing team using a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust.
This role requires a valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. A minimum of three years of recent experience as a Nursing Supervisor/Manager in a community setting is preferred.
