Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care to patients in Mississauga, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, and assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs.
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Valid LPN license in Canada.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
