">We are seeking skilled Nursing Care Specialists to join our Shift Nursing Team, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
">As a key member of our team, you will use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, leveraging your observation, assessment, and nursing diagnosis skills to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Develop and review personalized patient care plans that cater to individual needs and preferences">
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care within the scope of practice for Registered Nurses">
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for patients and families">
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors">
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge">
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment by adhering to Bayshore policies and procedures">
Qualifications and Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess:

- A current registration with the provincial licensing body as a Registered Nurse">
- Prior experience working in pediatric, palliative care, wound care, IV therapy, and infusion pump settings is an asset">
- Certification in CPR and a valid driver's license are also required">
- A clear criminal background check, negative TB test, and proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19 may be necessary, depending on provincial regulations">
