Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of High Net Worth Planning to lead our team in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our Private Wealth business, you will be responsible for providing wealth planning, advanced financial planning, and guidance to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of wealth and specialized planners to deliver client-focused wealth planning experiences.
  • Develop and implement wealth planning strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Leaders and Professionals to deliver high-value financial plans and recommendations.
  • Manage people and lead a team capable of delivering desired business results.
  • Contribute to overall business results by making recommendations to improve the client experience and drive incremental growth in assets and revenue.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Experience in leading a team and interacting with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth client segments.
  • Detailed knowledge of financial planning principles and standards.
  • Specific knowledge of Taxation, Estates, Trust, and Insurance.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,600.00 - $179,700.00 and a comprehensive total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
