Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our High Net Worth Planning team in Central Canada. As a key member of our Private Wealth business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of wealth and specialized planners to develop and deliver client-focused wealth planning experiences.
  • Provide wealth planning, advanced financial planning, guidance, and counsel to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.
  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Leaders and Professionals to develop and deliver wealth planning strategies.
  • Participate in the end-to-end wealth planning experience, from discovery to financial planning analysis and presentation.
  • Manage operating budget, financial planning practices, and processes.
  • Assess and adapt existing operational programs to ensure ongoing success.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of tools and training required to deliver business results.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills.
  • Typically, 10+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study.
  • Experience in leading a team and interacting with High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth client segments.
  • Detailed knowledge of financial planning principles and standards.
  • Specific knowledge of Taxation, Estates, Trust, and Insurance.
  • Working knowledge of Voyant/WealthPath and CCH financial planning software and tools.
  • CFP designation (IQPF in Quebec) and/or ICB.
  • CPA, CA, CMA, CGA, LL.B, LL.L, LL.M or other professional wealth designations an asset.
  • Financial services sales experience an asset.
  • MBA/advanced graduate degree is an asset.
  • TEP/STEP, R.F.P., CIWM, FEA, FCSI, FMA, CIM, CLU designations are an asset.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,600.00 - $179,700.00, as well as a comprehensive total compensation package that includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
