Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Clinical Solutions team in Ambulatory and Provider Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and oversight to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical solutions that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical solutions and services
- Lead and manage a team of clinical solutions professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize clinical solutions needs
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of clinical solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role in clinical solutions or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical solutions and services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
