Project Manager I, Enterprise Clinical Information Solutions Lead
At PHSA, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager I to lead our Enterprise Clinical Information Solutions team. As an Incident Lead, you'll be responsible for managing incidents and issues within the Cerner / Oracle Health environment. Your expertise will ensure that system incidents and issues are documented, communicated, and reviewed, driving enhancements to system resilience and better clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of deliverables.
- Track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and monitoring budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical teams, to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to expedite the triage of system-impacting incidents and issues.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing timely and concise updates on project status.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant healthcare discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on incident management and system improvement.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work in a complex interdisciplinary environment.
