Job Title: Training and Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:
Robert Half is seeking an experienced Training and Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for teams, ensuring alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business, and prioritizing and communicating this to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for teams
  • Ensure alignment and leveraging of common programs and strategies across the business
  • Prioritize and communicate this to stakeholders
  • Have expert-level knowledge of standard software and a broad knowledge of Learning and Development activities
  • Design, develop, implement, and evaluate employee training programs
  • Collaborate with customers, managers, trainers, and subject matter experts to define performance requirements and standards, assess current performance, and identify training and development needs
  • Work independently and in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and solid skills in verbal and written communication
  • Have solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
  • Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent education/experience

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of working experience in a related role with proficient technical training, process improvement, change management, and innovation experience
  • Experience writing and formatting course material and ability to provide adult education with strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management
  • In-depth experience in the delivery of learning sessions in the most effective manner
  • Proven working ability to update and maintain training documentation in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical skill in the assessment, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee training programs
  • Solid experience in collaborating with customers, managers, trainers, and subject matter experts
  • Capability to effectively work independently as well as in a team-oriented, highly collaborative environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills along with solid skills in verbal and written communication
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities
