We're seeking a talented individual for the Sales Manager in Training position. The ideal candidate shares our core values: Honesty, Integrity, Hard Work, and Family. Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team and floor operations
  • Train and develop associates; build a talent pool of future managers
  • Recruit and onboard new associates; ensure a positive orientation process
  • Resolve customer issues and provide a seamless service experience
  • Manage daily store operations; ensure company policies and procedures are met
  • Ensure general safety and security of store, associates, and customers
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Maintain open communication with all departments within the store
  • Be available and approachable; support our team of associates
  • Develop a team environment of support and collaboration
  • Liaise with home office to share feedback and access information
