Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales teams and floor operations
- Train and develop associates to achieve their full potential
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Ensure the general safety and security of the store, associates, and customers
- Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
- Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
- Maintain open communication with all departments within the store
- Be available and approachable to support your team
- Develop a culture of teamwork, support, and collaboration
- Liaise with the home office to share feedback and access information
- Prepare for and conduct effective and engaging meetings
