About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at Scotia iTRADE. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including trading and investment options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business or finance
  • Previous experience in a client service or sales role
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory requirements
