About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at Scotia iTRADE. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Take ownership of client experiences and use your judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Offer personalized solutions that add value to our clients
- Foster a culture of passion, accountability, and collaboration within our team
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and trading procedures
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying workload and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new tasks and acquiring new skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CCVM) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
- Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Financial Planning
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of the financial services industry
