About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at Scotia iTRADE. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
  • Take ownership of client experiences and use your judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Offer personalized solutions that add value to our clients
  • Foster a culture of passion, accountability, and collaboration within our team

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and trading procedures
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying workload and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new tasks and acquiring new skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CCVM) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
  • Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Financial Planning
  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry
