Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Inbound Team Leader to join our team at Uni-Select Inc.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations
  • Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in product handling, training new employees, and providing feedback to team members
  • Foster a customer-centric approach and provide excellent service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in distribution and logistics
  • Certification in operating material handling equipment
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
