Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team in Canada Northeast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reset Activity and Shelf Conditions: Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of merchandising activities.
  • Administration and Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Retail, Consumer Package Goods (CPG), or merchandising products at retail accounts within an assigned territory.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
Skills and Abilities
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision.
  • Good Judgment and Respect: Demonstrate good judgment and respect for others in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus on the general reset of Consumer Package Goods (CPG) at various locations where CPG goods are sold.
Environmental and Physical Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day engaging in considerable physical activity, lifting and/or pushing up to 35 kgs, standing for long periods, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e., refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive.
