About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Manager to join our team at FEI International Express Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and developing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
    • Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures for sales and distribution operations.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient sales and distribution processes.
    • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure effective sales and distribution operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and distribution management.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
