Job Summary

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to drive attendance and engagement for our events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event marketing and a proven track record of success in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Create and manage event budgets, develop promotional materials, and coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze event performance and provide feedback to the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event marketing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of event marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
