About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at GRTC INC. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook food items to order, following established recipes and presentation standards.
    • Portion and package food items for serving.
    • Serve customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Handling and Safety
    • Handle and store food items in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, ensuring accurate counts and proper storage.

    Requirements
