Revenue Manager Job Opportunity

Manga Hotel Group, a leading Canadian hospitality company, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to join its dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing hotel performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform revenue strategies and optimize hotel pricing.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel staff, owners, and external partners.
  • Utilize data analytics tools, such as Salesforce, Travelclick/Amadeus, and OTA Insight, to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute targeted promotions, packages, and events that drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and manage hotel inventory, room rates, and availability to ensure optimal revenue yield.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on revenue performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in revenue management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving hotel performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including hotel staff, owners, and external partners.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology platforms, including property management systems (PMS), central reservation systems (CRS), and data analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
