Job Summary

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee daily operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized service
  • Establish work schedules and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
