Job Title: Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front desk operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking in guests and handling customer inquiries
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
  • Organize and maintain inventory of front desk supplies and materials
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Client-focused and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Ability to work in a busy front desk environment with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
