Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily front desk operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist guests with special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility or special requests
  • Establish and maintain a positive and respectful work environment
  • Organize and maintain inventory of front desk supplies and materials

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Working Conditions:

  • 35 to 44 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
