Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, supervising staff, and performing front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as mobility or accessibility requirements
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Organize and maintain inventory of front desk supplies and materials
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
