Job Title: Front Desk Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, supervising staff, and performing front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Supervise staff and ensure they are meeting their responsibilities
- Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests, handling customer complaints, and assisting with special requests
- Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities to ensure the hotel is well-maintained
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

- Client focus and ability to resolve customer complaints
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues
