We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and Plan: Coordinate the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and Manage: Lead a team of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Estimate and Requisition: Plan and estimate labor and materials required for projects, requisitioning or ordering necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Project Management: Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Familiarity with pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, tractor mowers, and planting equipment.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding environments, and maintain manual dexterity.
