Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Landscaping and Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping crew, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute landscaping projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of landscapers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being performed to the required standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, including trucks, tools, and machinery.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure that their expectations are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with a proven track record of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
