Salary
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000 annually, based on location and experience. This role is exempt from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Lead to design, develop, and implement key parts of our Banking Technology platform. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Your expertise in Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks will be invaluable in driving innovation and growth within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or a related field or role;
2. 7+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior developer role;
3. Strong knowledge of Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant frameworks;
4. Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code;
5. Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams;
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on complex projects.
