The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in project or program management delivery, with 3+ years leading technology projects. They should possess high-level design skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

The role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, benefits include a hybrid work model, Monday to Friday working hours, and potential for contract extension and conversion.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic development & execution: manage day-to-day integrated plan activities, perform high-tactical business planning, and return on investment outcomes
  • Relationship management: maintain relationships with Business and Technology projects, establish and maintain stakeholder, client, and senior management relationships
  • Strong leadership: direct, motivate, develop, and manage performance of the management team and key staff

Must-haves include 5+ years' project or program management delivery experience, 3+ years leading technology projects, and high-level design skills/strategic thinking. Nice-to-have skills include 3+ years' experience with Accounting Systems (ideally SAP). Soft skills required are strong teamwork skills, excellent communication, accountability, and ability to build strong relationships.
