Business Development Representative

Cintas is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development in our First Aid and Safety Division. This role requires strong communication skills, a hunter sales mentality, and the ability to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territories to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations, and driving new business
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior Experience:
- New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is an asset
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intranet/Internet, and Contact Management System
