Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Econix InfoTech Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and events, including planning, coordinating, and executing logistics.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
