The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both French and English.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-level customer service regarding inquiries about products, accounts, and usage.
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships by offering personalized solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately.
  • Scheduling service calls and following up with customers.
  • Performing accurate data input using prescribed applications.

Requirements for Success:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Full-time availability between the hours of Mon-Sun 8AM - 11 PM.
  • C1, C2 language proficiency preferred.
  • Excellent home internet hardwired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Excellent computer skills.
