About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Finance Rotational Program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various finance teams, supporting different aspects of customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with operational leadership and frontline associates to identify and develop process improvements within the supply chain process.
  • Participate in daily and weekly planning discussions with senior leadership.
  • Maintain and improve financial reporting to support and challenge business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to help identify capital investment requirements and/or cost reduction opportunities.
  • Design and maintain insightful reporting to drive action of business partners using Excel/VBA/SQL.
  • Analyze operational metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate financial impact across Finance, Operations, and other support departments.
Requirements
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree with an expected conferral date between December 2024 and June 2025.
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, industrial engineering, accounting, supply chain management, operations and information systems, business administration and management, or related field.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Desire and ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record.
  • Understanding of basic business, accounting, and finance concepts, and a working knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Demonstrated track record in using data and metrics to make decisions and build scalable solutions.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to act strategically and make decisions under ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
