About the Program

This 24-month program is designed to provide you with the skills and experience you need to succeed in Global Wealth Management Operations. You will complete three rotations within different areas of the business, working on real-world projects and developing your skills in data analytics, project management, and strategy work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project management and project tracking
  • Data entry, data analysis, and data reconciliation
  • Building dashboards and presentations for management
  • Reviewing client opening documentation and coding accounts
  • Processing transactions related to mutual fund trades, dividends, interest, and corporate actions
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the Bank
  • Supporting the calculation of Net Asset Value per share daily of assigned funds
  • Applying strategic thinking to continuously improve processes
Requirements
  • A College diploma or Undergraduate degree completed between April 2024 and May 2025
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (an asset)
  • A passion for learning and a desire to work for an international organization that invests in its employees
  • A willingness to work in a hybrid work arrangement with in-office days in Toronto
