Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and BenefitsOur competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $22 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, RRSP matching program, and amazing employee discounts on our products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit and collection activities, ensuring timely payment of accounts receivable
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Analyze credit reports and make informed decisions regarding credit worthiness
- Maintain accurate records and data entry, as required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
