About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Global Trading Network Ltd. as a Wholesale Buyer.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to maximize value
  • Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale while ensuring quality and compliance
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely delivery and minimal losses

Compensation

We offer an estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in procurement or related fields
