The Role

We are seeking an Electrical Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Burnaby. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Finance, with day-to-day direction from the Accounts Receivable Team Lead.



  • Data entry into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Record daily deposits and manage cash receipts, credits, over/under payments, and overdue invoices
  • Assist Project managers, Service Coordinators, and Customers with AR-related inquiries
  • Send customer statements monthly and ensure correct contact details in our system
  • Assist with credit card fee allocations and other Accounts Receivable functions as necessary

Your Qualifications



  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position or any entry-level finance/accounting position an asset
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven
  • Able to work as a member of a team and possess excellent communication skills
  • Experience in construction industry accounting or credit training an asset

About This Opportunity

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus a comprehensive total compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
