At YF 2018 Restaurant Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality control.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize restaurant operations.
  • Address customer complaints and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. The ideal candidate will have excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
  • Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills
Language

The primary language of work is English, and the ideal candidate will be fluent in English.
