Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of food service staff to maintain a hands-on approach.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
  • Client focus and team player attitude.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
