Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At TB Food Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
Work Environment:

Our food service department operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, supervising and co-ordinating the activities of staff, and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

32 hours per week.
