Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TB Food Services Inc DBA Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised

Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and be required to work as a team player. You will be responsible for maintaining a client-focused attitude, being flexible, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
