Job Title: Administration Officer

Elit Care is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize electronic mail, electronic scheduler, social media, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced office environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
