Job Description

The Senior Culinary Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory levels.
  • Developing new recipes that meet our quality standards.
  • Instructing kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation methods.
  • Preparing complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
  • Supervising kitchen staff and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Planning menus and implementing quality control measures.
  • Training staff on food safety and handling procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
